Great dive off the shore (local harbour / pool). After parking up, suiting up etc and walking along a 100m path with all your gear we enter the water down a ladder on the harbour into a rocky channel. Watch out for low tide it gets rough and if the sea is choppy you get thrown around a bit. 200m swim out to the wreck. Either follow the underwater pipe or the bouy marking the wreck. ElRaton is a good sized Tug in great order there is access to the wheel house and the boat sits upright in the sand. Plenty of sea life. Anemones, weavers, zebra fish, star gazers and even spotted a ray.
Swimming back to shore do your safety stop away from the surge. Its a pain if you forget. Great pictures to be had and although its 50Km north of Las americas well worth a visit
